1. Our Commitment to Sovereign Data
At Dataeffet LLC, we fundamentally reject the industry-standard "data-harvesting" model. We architect sovereign data ecosystems. When we deploy the Dataeffet OS into your private environment, you maintain 100% ownership and control over your data. We do not aggregate, sell, or utilize your production data to train public models.
2. Air-Gapped Intelligence
For our Enterprise clients, we provide air-gapped AI Pulse deployments. In these configurations, the AI context window, the Gold-layer business logic, and the processing compute run entirely within your secure VPC (Virtual Private Cloud) or on-premise infrastructure. No production metadata, proprietary calibration settings, or manufacturing KPIs ever transit through Dataeffet servers.
3. Data Retention for Amazon OS
For our Standard and Premium Amazon OS clients, we ingest data via authorized Amazon SP-API, Ads API, and external marketing APIs solely to power your interactive dashboard and AI Pulse agent. We retain only the minimum data required to maintain dashboard state and model context. You may request a full wipe of your data and the termination of your API tokens at any time through the Dataeffet App portal.
4. Intellectual Property Protection
Our engineering team operates under strict non-disclosure agreements. Any proprietary algorithms, yield formulas, or cross-channel attribution logic we build for your firm is your exclusive intellectual property. We do not reuse "Direction 2" or "Direction 3" industrial IP across client environments.
5. Updates to this Protocol
As we evolve our sovereign architecture and security standards, we may update this protocol. Continued use of Dataeffet systems following these changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms.
