At Dataeffet LLC, we fundamentally reject the industry-standard "data-harvesting" SaaS model. We architect sovereign data ecosystems. When we deploy the OS into your private cloud environment, you maintain 100% ownership, legal copyright, and cryptographic control over your data. We do not aggregate, sell, or utilize your production Amazon ledgers or SKU unit economics to train public AI models.
2. Air-Gapped Intelligence & Cryptographic Isolation
For Agency and Enterprise clients, the AI Context Layer, the Medallion Gold-layer P&L business logic, and the processing compute run inside a cryptographically isolated tenant (tenant_id / brand_id) within Dataeffet's managed, air-gapped BigQuery environment. Your production metadata, proprietary PPC bid calibration settings, and manufacturing KPIs are never pooled with another brand, never resold, and never used to train public AI models.
3. Medallion Pipeline Ingestion (Bronze to Diamond)
For our Standard (`$649/mo`) and Premium (`$1,499/mo`) clients, we ingest raw data via authorized Selling Partner API (SP-API), Amazon Ads API, and external logistics webhooks solely to populate your 4-Tier Medallion pipeline (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). We retain only the minimum ledger data required to maintain deterministic P&L state and executive dashboard accuracy. You may request an instant cryptographic purge of your data and the immediate termination of your OAuth tokens at any time through the OS terminal.
4. Intellectual Property & Algorithmic Protection
Our platform engineering team operates under strict institutional non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). Any proprietary dbt transformation models, vampire query suppression algorithms, or AMC multi-touch attribution logic we custom-code for your firm is your exclusive intellectual property. We do not reuse bespoke industrial IP or custom ASIN repricing formulas across competing client tenant environments.
5. Multi-Tenant RBAC Security for Aggregators
For Amazon agencies and aggregators utilizing our Agency Tier (`$1,999/mo+`), we enforce strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and database schema partitioning at the Silver and Gold layers. Client brand ledgers never cross-contaminate, ensuring individual Account Managers can only inspect assigned brand tenants while C-suite executives retain macro portfolio roll-up clarity.

As we evolve our sovereign architecture and cloud security standards, we may update this protocol. Continued use of Dataeffet systems following these changes constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms. All legal governance operates under the jurisdiction of Delaware, USA.
