Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or deploying any component of the Dataeffet OS—including but not limited to the Amazon Commerce OS, Manufacturing Infrastructure, or High-Speed Audit reports—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Proprietary Engineering
Dataeffet LLC retains exclusive ownership of the underlying pipeline architecture, including the Gold Layer logic, the Diamond Layer presentation models, and the proprietary AI Pulse agent. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the output of these systems solely for their internal business operations.
3. Enterprise Custom Builds
For bespoke Enterprise deployments, all custom algorithms, specific yield-optimization logic, and infrastructure configurations created by Dataeffet LLC remain the intellectual property of the Client upon final payment, unless otherwise specified in a Master Services Agreement (MSA). Dataeffet retains rights to the underlying generic pipeline methodology.
4. Limitation of Liability
Dataeffet LLC provides data infrastructure and decision systems. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. All insights generated by our AI Pulse agent or automated dashboards are for informational purposes. Dataeffet is not liable for business losses resulting from platform-side API changes (e.g., Amazon SP-API updates), market volatility, or third-party logistics failures.
5. Subscription & Payment
Amazon OS subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Enterprise SLA maintenance fees are billed according to the agreed-upon MSA. Failure to maintain payment will result in the immediate suspension of data pipeline access and AI Pulse agent context availability.
6. Termination
You may terminate your subscription through the Dataeffet App portal at any time. Upon termination, access to the dashboard and associated AI Pulse context will be revoked. For Enterprise deployments, termination must follow the notice period defined in your specific MSA.
